Our bespoke programs can also be built around the needs of an Organisation that supports their employees and puts their people firmly at the top of the Agenda either as part of development plans or providing an outplacement solution during times of restructure, realignment and redundancy.

Pivotal Partnerships an outsourced talent acquisition and management consultancy service for organisations that do not have the time or resources to create their own in-house talent team or for organisations that have the time and resources but securing the talent, getting the results or ROI they desire. A whole menu of support, functions, processes, strategies, technology and training that you can turn on and off as required in the business. Pivotal Partnerships assists those businesses that do not have the time and resources to attract, engage, retain and develop talent and skills directly within their businesses and also those organisations that perhaps do have the time and resources but it's just not working for them. How it started
In between Christmas and New Year in 2002 we bought a House in Devon! Doesn’t seem that unusual however at the time we lived and worked in Hertfordshire! The pivotal decision to move our family lock, stock and barrel was made, and with a huge career and lift transition, my recruitment journey began.
Like many others in our industry, I ‘fell into’ recruitment when we relocated. It was in this industry that I found a passion and love for connecting together the many people I met and talked to.
Roll on to 2019, and following a successful and fruitful career in both corporate and independent Agencies, from making my first permanent placement in the first few weeks of starting at a small independent agency, to latterly being part of the senior management team of a large national organisation and developing others in our industry I made another Pivotal decision and set up my own Recruitment Agency. There seemed no better word to describe what I wanted this business to be about. Candidates and clients make crucial decisions in business and life every day and so Pivotal Recruit was founded on November 13th 2019 to provide the very best career, job search and talent acquisition experience, solutions and outcomes for both individuals and organisations. My love for coaching, training and development of others has also been pivotal in creating Pivotal Career Coaching and Pivotal Partnerships too.
What do I do when I’m not working on and in the business or continuing with my own study and self-development? Well, with an ever expanding family… Husband, two grown up children, their partners and now three grandchildren and two dogs to keep me busy, I really do try to live and breath that work life balance we all strive to achieve and so far so good…..
